Looking for a job? Don't do this...

I'm a recruiter for one of the nation's largest banks. I recruit for the consumer bank side of the business, the branches that most people visit...tellers, new accounts reps, managers, etc. I look at resumes all day long.

If you can't spell, please don't go posting your resume to a job. Your resume must be as close to perfect as it can possibly be. And please, whatever you do, don't badmouth previous employers.

Don't they teach this stuff in school?
